Casa Animas del las Palmas

This two-bedroom home in historic Centro is located on Privada Animas.

There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.  The lower level room has a king bed.  The upper level bedroom has a queen sized bed and loft with a pullout sofa.  The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice dining / living area.  There is a large upper terrace with a seating and dining area.  This area has a sink and grill.

The housekeeper and gardener work three days per week MW&F. * The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates.  Please inquire should you need additional time.

RENTAL RATES

Night: $ 200/$ 300(Two night minimum). Week: $1,200/$1,800 Month: $ 3,200/$3,600..  (Standard/Holidays and Winter rates)
Loft open for additional guests at $ 50 per night per guest
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
