Newly remodeled 5-bedroom Spanish colonial home in the center of Centro Historico, directly between the Jardin and Benito Juarez Park.  The new owners have spared no expense in the remodeling of this already fantastic home.  It now has an elevator servicing all levels of the main house (including a newly added roof-top terrazzo), mesh WIFI throughout, AC throughout, and new furniture and furnishings.

On the main level of the house is a large outdoor sala – a living area with a fireplace, comforable seating, wet bar, and flat screen TV.  Also on the main level you will find a dramatic living room, an informal den, a formal dining room, and the kitchen.  In true Spanish colonial-style, the main level surrounds an expansive garden with dramatic fountain.  This is San Miguel living at its finest!  On the second floor of the main house is the master bedroom suite and two additional en suite bedrooms with direct access to the rooftop.

The new garden-style swimming pool sits below the main house, and includes jacuzzi jets.  Two large casita-style bedroom suites are sited directly adjacent to the swimming pool.

In addition to the main garden area and the pool garden area, the home has a roof top terrace with its own bar and expansive views of San Miguel’s famous sunsets.

Four of the bedrooms have king-sized beds (with all new beds and bedding), one of which may be split into two twins.  The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed (also new) and can be set-up as a complete home office if desired by the renter.  The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with new furnishings and a sizeable breakfast nook.

The house includes five “smart” TVs with access to streaming services, a four-zone Sonos sound system, 2gb fiber optic Internet access, and a home security system.

Other highlights:   Full home purified water system, excellent house manager, the maid can do personal laundry and cook for an extra fee.  The house also has a gardener and a maintenance person to help with any home needs.

Also included is a 6th bedroom/bathroom for traveling staff. * The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should need additional time.

RENTAL RATES:

Four nights minimum

Per night: $1,800 /2,100 for high season and winter months

Week:   $ 10,000 / $ 12,000 for holidays and winter months
Monthly:      $ 30,000
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
Events are okay up to 50 guests with a $ 1,000 event fee and $ 500 per additional event.
