Just three blocks to the Jardin this home has a spacious open living area on the ground level.   Also on this level is a master suite with a king-sized bed, en suite bath and private den. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and a private terrace. The second has two twins with an en suite bath. Both with ample storage and lots of light.
This is a well-appointed home with comfortable beds, furniture, and a large “chefs” kitchen. Maid three times per week and gardener. Filtered water, WiFi, local phone and Vonage phone included.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates.  Please inquire should you need additional time.

RENTAL RATES:
Weekly:  $ 2,500 / $ 3,000 and  Monthly:  $ 7,000 / $ 8,400 ( Standard and Winter/Holiday ).
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
