This home is built along an arroyo (creek) in Centro. While located in Centro the house feels as though it is miles from the center of town. All new systems have been installed including purified water, an alarm, TV’s and a state of the art sound system.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates.  Please inquire should you need additional time.
RENTAL RATES:
Night: $ 700 / $ 750 for Holidays/Winter (two-night minimum ) Week: $ 4,900 / $ 5,600 for Holidays/Winter. Month: $ 7,200 / $ 8,400 for Holidays/Winter
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
