* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates.  Please inquire should you need additional time.
RENTAL RATES:

Weekly:  $ 2,500  and  Monthly:  $ 7,000 / $ 8,400 for Winter months

November 1 to March 31st ( Including Dia de los Muertos )   Weekly:  $ 3,500 or $ 5,000 for two weeks

Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
