This home is located in Centro on Chorro just 5 blocks from the Jardin or main square in San Miguel.  Behind a small entry, you’ll find a large garden area with a large swimming pool.
Just off the open living/kitchen concept is a large guest room with a queen-sized bed and en suite bath. Upstairs you’ll find another guest suite with a queen bed and the master suite with a king-sized bed and spacious bathroom and private terrace.This beautiful home is a wonderful oasis in the middle of Centro.The maid works Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates.  Please inquire should you need additional time.

RENTAL RATES:
Week: $ 3,000 / $ 4,000 for Holidays/Winter. Month: $ 8,000 / $ 9,000 for Holidays/Winter.
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%.   Pool heat is $ 350 per week.
